chevron_rightWhat are the approved exterior paint colors for my house? Quadrant Homes painted all of the homes in Mountain Aire with a 4-color paint scheme using Sherwin Williams paint. The original color schemes and corresponding paint codes for each home in the neighborhood may be found here. Any Sherwin Williams store should be able to mix new paint to match these color codes.

Note: for the community fence staining project in summer 2026, Sherwin Williams recommended a solid stain (rather than the original semi-transparent stain used for the neighborhood) for a longer fence life and for better coverage of stains from pressure-washing, etc. The custom color used in the community fence stain is Sherwin Williams Custom PBO-22652 Cedar Bark Solid.
